August Fitness Calendar

The August Fitness Calendar runs from August 14th to 25th and is designed to get myFitness Waterloo members moving in the month of August. The calendar will incorporate various lower body and core exercises like squats and planks. This will keep your heart rate up and strengthen your body at the same time. The challenge will alternate between lower body and core exercises throughout the week, so one day you will have a lower body exercise to do and the next day you will have a core exercise to do. Each exercise is 1 minute in duration and you must complete 3 sets of that exercise.
