STEP TO STRENGTH 

Join myFitness from January 13 - 31, 2025 and take the first step toward a stronger, healthier you!

Embark on this 3-week journey designed to help you build healthy habits that fit seamlessly into your everyday life. Each week, you'll focus on simple and achievable goals, designed to help you stay active and develop consistency. It's not about pushing yourself to the extremes, but rather making small, positive changes that add up over time. 

What to Expect:

Weekly Goals & Guidance: Every Friday (January 10, 17, and 24), you’ll receive an email package outlining your movement goals for the upcoming week. The goals will consist of simple activities like stretch breaks and walks all designed to keep you moving in a manageable way.

Daily Movement on Your Schedule: You’ll have the flexibility to complete the daily movement goals on your own time. Complete as much as you can each day, remember, it’s about progress, not perfection!

Weekly Check-Ins: Each week, you’ll complete a quick submission form (provided in your Friday email) where you’ll log your progress. This check-in is an opportunity to reflect on your journey, track your consistency, and make adjustments as needed.

The Prize: 

FREE Month Membership at myFitness Waterloo

Participants will receive one ballot per weekly submission, and all ballots will be entered into the draw at the end of the challenge. The more weeks you complete, the more chances you have to win, so stay consistent and keep submitting your progress!
