Join us for a relaxing and beautiful yoga class to celebrate International Yoga Day. Yoga is for everyone! Every skill level will be able to attend and enjoy a yoga class. As we are heading into summer, let's reconnect with our body, mind and soul. 


Yoga connects the body and mind and is built on three main elements: movement, breathing, and meditation. It has many physical and mental health benefits, including improved posture, flexibility, strength, balance, and body awareness. Yoga's incorporation of meditation and breathing can help improve a person's mental well-being.
