Prepare for your week to be a success with this one!  Focus on whole foods, low processed foods, and foods low in sugar - bring awareness to your eating to boost energy, mood and more.

New healthy, easy monthly recipes are easy and fast to download and make.  All are suitable for a low sugar, low processed foods meal plan.

Drink 8+ glasses of water a day

Drink your 8+ glasses every day, throughout the day!  You'll have more energy and it can help you stay focused and reduce cravings for less healthy food choices. 

Here are some tips to drink more water:

  1.  Bring a water bottle with you where you go

  2. Add in tasty additions like lemon, fruit or cucumbers

  3.  Set reminders in your phone/calendar to take sips through the day

  4.  Start a habit stack with water drinking - choose a part of your regular routine to add in drinking water - like while you wait for a meeting to start, or your lunch to heat up.

Get 7-8 hours of sleep

Prepare for your week to be a success with this one!  Getting enough quality sleep can have a big impact on your mood, energy, attitude and overall success with your other goals!

Make sure you're going to bed at the right time and try having a regular wake up time through the week!
