WELCOME TO THE SMALL HABIT CHALLENGE!

Can You Put Your Health First For Just 21 Days?Ditch the “I’ll start next Monday” mindset with 21 daily,  bite-sized habits anyone can stick to with.


JOIN THE SMALL HABIT CHALLENGE and work on building positive habits and get rewarded along the way.  Along with building your new habits, you will also earn 50 Sun Life Applause Points by playing along and submitting your tracking sheet.


By joining this challenge, you will also be enrolled in the following informational sessions (attendance is not mandatory to participate in the challenge):
