To get started, download the Excel Habit Tracker.  We will walk you through the process during the kick off session!  If you have any questions, you can ask them during our session or send us an email.

Each week on Fridays (11am ET) we will host a helpful workshop to keep you motivated towards reaching your daily habits.  All of the sessions are recorded and posted on this page for you to watch the replay at any time during the challenge.
