Join myFitness in our 4-week Olympic themed challenge, designed to take your fitness to the next level!
Over 4 weeks, you'll tackle simple and achievable mini challenges that fit seamlessly into your daily routine. By showing up consistently and completing each week’s focus, you’ll create habits that stick. Every small step adds up, helping you feel stronger, more energized, and in control of your fitness journey!
This challenge isn’t about perfection; it’s about showing up in ways that fit your life, creating habits that last and celebrating all the small wins along the way!

Recovery for Performance:
Stretch, rest and recover!
Week 3
Fuel for the Podium:

How it Works
1. Register below to receive a digital mini-challenge scorecard, or pick up a hard copy one at myFitness Waterloo-King.

2. Work through each week’s mini-challenges at your own pace and track them on your scorecard. Every challenge brings you closer to gold!

3. Submit your completed scorecard at the end of the month to info@my-fitness.ca or into the onsite dropbox.
4. Each completed mini challenge counts as one point. The top 3 participants with the most points will take home prizes!​​
