Ready to master a foundational fitness move, build confidence and get yourself strong?
The Bodyweight Blast Challenge will help you commit to mastering a move in this 3-week guided challenge. ​
Choose 1 or both of the bodyweight exercises, and complete the sets 3x per week - that's it.

Add this challenge into your regular routine, or start moving slowly by working through this challenge. Challenge yourself to become a pro at a foundational move that will help you build strength, confidence and more!

How to Participate:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday a new Fitness Challenge Workout of the Day (WOD) will be posted in the myFitness app, offering you a short, structured, effective set of the bodyweight exercise to complete. Once you finish the workout, post in the comments how you did! ​​​​​

After the 3 weeks you will be confidently completing foundational exercises with ease.
No registration is necessary. Just start, leave a comment and you are in!
