Kickstart to Summer - 26 Day June Fitness Challenge
Participate in our Kickstart to Summer - 26 day Fitness Challenge and add some variety to your workout routine. Must complete all 26 mini workouts and complete and post the Wednesday challenge to be eligible for a prize.

About the event
Complete one mini workout everyday between June 5th and June 30th (Workout #1 on Day 1; etc). These workouts will add fun and variety to your fitness routine. Each day there will be one workout version you can do at the gym or one you can do at home. Every Wednesday you must complete the exercise challenge (timed challenge) and post your time on our forum. Must be a myFitness Waterloo member to participate. For participants who complete all 26 exercises and post the Wednesday challenge on the forum you will be eligible for a prize. The prize will be a free water bottle and a free 1 hour personal training session with a certified trainer.

1) Post your weekly Wednesday workout (timed workout) to the forum.
2) Complete each daily mini workout
- If you miss one you can complete at a later date
