Join Squat Attack, the ultimate lower-body workout experience designed to push your limits and elevate your fitness.  Whether you're looking to improve athletic performance, boost muscle tone, or challenge yourself, Squat Attack will take your lower-body fitness to the next level.

This event will focus on education around proper squat technique and squat variations. We will then move into a class that will challenge lower body strength and endurance through a high-intensity workout that targets key muscles in the legs, glutes, and core. You will leave feeling equipped with the knowledge and confidence to incorporate different squat variations into your workout routine.
