WELCOME TO THE SMALL HABIT CHALLENGE!
Rise to the Challenge. Small steps to a healthier you.
Join the Small Habit Challenge to work on building a new habit and get rewarded along the way! Choose a small daily habit that is achievable for you to complete for 21 days, from October 20th - November 9th. By completing the challenge and submitting your habit tracker by November 19th, you will earn 5000 ($50) Applause Points.
