Rev up for Heart Health Month and get ready to hit the virtual race track! 

 

From February 1-28, join the Race for Health Challenge, where every scheduled class or workshop you attend is a pit stop on your journey to better health.  It’s a high-energy, month-long sprint to strengthen your heart, boost your wellness, and add some friendly competition to your routine. Whether you're a fitness newbie or seasoned pro, every session fuels your race car closer to victory. Let’s put heart health in the driver’s seat this February—start your engines!

 

How to Play:

Complete 10 virtual sessions or 5 in person workouts with myFitness and you’ll zoom through one lap and earn a ballot into our prize draw!

No registration is needed, just attend sessions and watch your car zoom around the track below!

​

Challenge runs from February 1-28, 2025!

The Prize:

At the end of February, all ballots will be placed into a random draw.  The winner will win our Race for Heart Health Prize - a FitBit Inspire 3 to help track your heart health as you continue your fitness journey!

How to Join the Race for Heart Health:

No registration is necessary for Race for Heart Health, just start attending scheduled sessions on myFitness Virtual or stop by myFitness at Waterloo King for a workout and you are in the running!
