Group nutrition coaching can be a powerful tool for you to build confidence towards reaching
your nutrition goals. This thoughtfully designed nutrition coaching series will offer you
accountability and support to feel good about the food you eat but without all the pressure, rules
or restrictions. We will have weekly focuses on key topics that will help you pull it all together to
get you going (and stay going) on your own.
Program Goal for Optimal Nutrition: 4-Weeks Group Coaching
The goal of this 4-weeks series is to inspire you and keep you motivated in your journey towards
optimal health. The program will provide you with the framework for healthy eating without
talking about how to diet.
4 weekly, 1-hour live coaching sessions delivered by a Registered Nutritionist (*may be eligible for coverage by benefits)
Group discussions showing you how to incorporate the tools you’re learning
Each week focusing on a topic that you can build into your nutrition goals
Time for questions and answers
Access to email questions in between sessions

I truly believe the best things come out of taking small steps and building on over time. In fact, I don’t think there’s a better way to enhance your nutrition. Going at a reasonable pace ultimately creates lasting changes without the pressure and risk of doing it all at once which is likely not sustainable or realistic in setting goals and expectations.
I will show you how to simplify nutrition information, find what works best for YOU and demystify some of the conflicting information about ‘how to eat healthy’.
