Join the myFitness Waterloo Walking Club and Get Moving!
Walking outdoors is one of the simplest and most effective ways to get active—and we’re here to make it fun!
Enjoy the sunshine, meet new people, and get your heart pumping! Our walks take place every Monday and Thursday from
12:10 pm - 12:40 pm, starting May 2nd and running through September.

Meet Caitlynn or Erika at the myFitness entrance off Caroline St. The walk will begin promptly to make the most of our time!

Share your favorite routes with us, and let’s explore the great outdoors together!
