Lead by Expert Trinh Tai

Trinh teaches Ashtanga-Vinyasa flow, Restorative, Yin and Yang Yoga and Pilates. When she is not teaching yoga and Pilates she likes to practice meditation and enjoy trail hiking with her family. Trinh has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching for over 8 years. She has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years and has obtained the following certifications: YMCA Yoga Instructor, Can Fit Pro Fitness instructor,  Cycle One (Reebok), YMCA Group Centergy (fusion of Pilates & Yoga - Mossa program), Step Instructor, Pilates Instructor and Heart Saver CPR/AED. Trinh’s style of teaching is  being connected, balanced and open-hearted with her students. She hopes for students to leave her classes feeling well rounded, deeply connected to their bodies, and most of all - AWAKENED!
