Join myFitness for a self-defence workshop on Monday, April 29, from 5:30 - 6:30 pm.

Why should you dance? Dancing can allow people of all ages, shapes, and sizes to stay fit. It has a wide range of physical and mental benefits, including improved function of the heart and lungs and increased muscular strength, bone density and endurance.
