Join us for a dynamic 90-minute workshop that will take you through the fundamentals of boxing and kickboxing. This program will lead you through boxing basics and form to master the technique, glove and hand pad work with a certified kickboxing instructor followed by a 30 minute cardio boxing class to pull together all you have learned. Prepare to get energized, improve your stamina, learn some new skills and techniques and feel the burn only a cardio boxer will understand.
We have limited boxing gloves to share so if you have your own pair, please feel free to bring along. This session is suitable for all fitness levels not requiring prior experience.
