StepUp Challenge:

Move more - one step at a time!

The StepUp Challenge isn’t about hitting a perfect number every day — it’s about building momentum, feeling better in your body, and discovering how small daily movement adds up.

Whether you’re already active or just getting started, this challenge is designed for EVERYONE. No workouts. No equipment. Just walking — at your pace, in your day.

The StepUp Challenge runs April 1–30, launching on National Walking Day.

Your goal: Average 7,000 steps per day over the month of April.


Some days will be higher, some lower — consistency over time is what counts.

📅 How It Works:

1️⃣ Sign Up – Download The StepUp App and join our StepUp Challenge
2️⃣ Step It Up – Track your daily steps throughout April (no wearable required)
3️⃣ Stay Motivated – Watch your steps add up and build a daily movement habit
4️⃣ You’re In! – Reach a 7,000-step daily average by April 30 to be entered into the draw

 

🎁 Prize
Participants who achieve the 7,000-step daily average will be entered to win a gift card at the end of the challenge.

This challenge used the StepUp app - this is an entirely free app and downloadable through your phones app store.  StepUp allows you to pair your favourite fitness tracker or app to the StepUp app for tracking.  You can use the StepUp app without additional devices by simply keeping your phone on your person to track your steps!

After registration you will get an email with a link to join our StepUp group.
