Stress Smart Challenge

Simple Tools for Calmer Days

 

The Stress Smart Challenge is a supportive, two-week experience designed to help participants manage stress through small, practical daily actions that fit into real life. This challenge was developed in partnership with Dr. Penny Kendall-Reed, incorporating evidence-informed strategies to support nervous system regulation and sustainable stress management.

Each day, participants choose one of five stress-management techniques to try. There is no expectation to do everything, just to select what feels manageable and check it off in their tracker.

The focus is progress, not perfection. By practicing short, approachable techniques, participants build awareness, reduce tension, and develop habits they can carry beyond the challenge.

How the challenge works:

  • Two weeks of simple, daily stress-management techniques

  • Five techniques available each day, participants choose one

  • Daily check-ins using a challenge tracker

  • Designed for busy schedules, no prior experience required

 

🎁 Prize
Participants will earn points for each task they complete, with every points earning you a ballot into our draw for a $25 gift card.
