The spring yoga series is a 5-week series designed to teach and show participants the benefits of various forms of yoga. Yoga is a great form of exercise especially when it comes to stretching and relaxation.

The spring yoga series is a 5-week series designed to teach and show participants the benefits of various forms of yoga. Yoga is a great form of exercise especially when it comes to stretching and relaxation. Non-members can sign up for the whole 5 week session for only $25 or come to one class for $10. Each class will run from 4:45pm to 5:45pm every Tuesday in May. The spring yoga series is free for all myFitness Waterloo members. All classes will be taking place in the myFitness Waterloo group fitness studio.

Week 1 (May 2nd) – Hatha Yoga
Week 2 (May 9th) – Chair Yoga
Week 3 (May 16th) – Yoga Nidra
Week 4 (May 23rd) – Yin Yoga
Week 5 (May 30th) – Restorative Yoga
